How long does delivery take to arrive?
Delivery times are dependant on the actual products ordered, approximate lead times are shown against every product and we will always endeavour to deliver on the agreed date. You will be contacted by our carriers to arrange a suitable date for delivery.

What happens if I need to change my delivery day?
Should you wish to change your delivery date please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to re-schedule our drivers.

Do you assemble the beds?
No sorry, due to the amount of deliveries we make it is impossible for our drivers to unpack and assemble the beds for you. However, all our beds are very simple to assemble in just a few minutes.

Payment?
We are able to accept all major credit and debit cards on our website. Please note Credit cards will be charged a 2.175% surcharge, Debit cards are not charged. We are also able to accept payment via Google Checkout.

Prices?
All our prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.

Warranty
All products come with a 12 month warranty against defective design, workmanship and faults. Some products carry an extended manufacturers guarantee / warranty and we will always pass this onto our customers.
